Common help topics

• App does not open: Restart your phone, update the app, and make sure your device has enough storage.
• Lessons are missing: Open the Lessons section and tap Fetch or Update while connected to the internet.
• Offline lessons are not showing: Make sure the lesson package finished downloading before going offline.
• Audio does not play: Check your phone volume, media permission settings, and available storage.
• Slow download: Use a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection, especially when downloading audio or lesson packages.
